We support and repair all Nouvag manufactured equipment along with equipment which is sold and distributed by Nouvag Switzerland.

We do not provide shipping labels so you may ship your repair via the method is most convenient for you. The most common inbound shipments arrive via UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. All outbound shipments are processed via UPS.
We do not require a repair order or RMA.
Please include the main contact’s name and phone number, a business card, and a short note describing the nature of the problem you are experiencing with your equipment.
We love our international customers and welcome all repairs and orders from abroad. We send and receive shipments regularly to/from the US, Canada and South America.
Yes, we will always evaluate your equipment and provide an estimate for approval before making any repairs.
Our average estimate/repair time is 1-2 business days of receipt. However, due to the ever-changing nature of our business, please call our office for a more definitive repair time.
We do not provide loaners however, if you need your equipment back quickly, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite your repair.
